Now Borrow Up to £5000 – we’ve raised the unsecured loan limit!

We’re happy to say that we’ve been able to increase the maximum loan value that you can now apply for. As of today you can now borrow up to £5000 unsecured (previously £3000). We’ve had a lot of people ask us if they could borrow more than £3000 and we’re really happy that we can now respond “Yes”. In may cases £3000 just wasn’t quite enough for what people wantd the money for e.g. a car. Previously they could top up their loan to £5000 after a number of months of good repayment history, but the delay prevented some people from proceeding with their loans. So, we’re glad to say that you can apply for up to £5000 straight away.

You may be wondering who could be your guarantor. You might be thinking that there isn’t anyone and it’s not worth applying.

Well, we’ve done some analysis and thought we would reassure you. We’ve looked at loans taken out in the last 6 months and discovered that more 10% of people who took out loans initially thought that there was no one they could ask! But they did find a guarantor after all from among their family or social networks.

So, if you’re in doubt it’s still very much worth applying - get the loan offers through and compare them. Then while you’re waiting for the paperwork you can begin to consider who could act as your guarantor.

Remember 1 in 10 borrowers didn’t initially think they could find anyone, but later on they did – from their social network of family, friends and work colleagues. And you can too!
