Ms W asks: “When you ask if you are currently Bankrupt, what does this mean? I have been bankrupt in the past but I am now discharged and have been for 2 years. Does this mean I am not bankrupt?”

Our answer: “Generally our lenders can help poeple who have been discharged from bankruptcy, as long as they have their certificate confirming this. If you don’t have your certificate you should write to the court that dealt with your bankruptcy to request one. You’ll need to give them your name, address and court number.”

Ms W asks: “I would like to apply for a loan with my mum as guarantor, but I do not have a bank account in my own name, I use one in my mum’s. It is not the account she uses and I can show that my wages are paid into it, would this be an issue?”

Our reply: “This is probably not an issue, but given the nature of your query we suggest you complete our enquiry form so that we can then assess your request in more detail”.

Ms P asks: “Do you offer unsecured loans to people with not so good credit history? Also, do you charge upfront fees?”

Our answer: “Our unsecured guarantor loans are exactly for the purpose of helping people who have credit problems and are struggling to obtain unsecured credit. This could mean you have CCJs or have suffered from defaults or are in arrears with other loans. Equally if you are young and have yet to build up any credit history then a guarantor loan could solve your problem – and repayment of the guarantor loan successfully will help to give you the credit history you need for the future. Finally we do not charge any upfront fees – it costs nothing to make an enquiry and to get a personalised quotation. So contact us today.”
